"The Hotel Regina is in a very convenient location for all the sites. Wonderful staff and beautiful hotel. We were traveling with our granddaughters and the connecting rooms were beautiful and very safe. Just a great stay!"

"I love this hotel so much. The staff are great and very helpful. The location is excellent and the rooms are well appointed. The interior patio is the perfect place for a drink or snack in the afternoon."

"The room was clean and well maintained. Its best attribute is the location as it is close to everything. The consequence of this is that it can be hard to sleep due to crowds outside. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room for a 4 star hotel and to avail of one would cost 5 euros per night rent! The breakfast was good, nice selection and the staff work hard to make sure that everything is replenished. I wouldn’t recommend the bar or the restaurant. The food choices are too heavy and too limited. The bar is also rather antiquated in regards to its choice. There was a free gift of tapas and a drink. I would have preferred free water, instead it had to paid for from the mini bar. The check in was of a high standard, the check out was poor. There was no interest in how the stay was or helping guests onto their next destination. Stay for the location (which you will pay a lot for) not the service or amenities."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Thebsyaff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the pool isn't very big and can get quite busy. The 360 rooftop bar has fantastic views of Madrid. However in the evening it can get very busy and there can be a long wait for seating. As it was busy we felt that once our food and drinks had finished there was an expectation for us to leave. If we visit Madrid at some point in the future then we would definitely stay at this hotel again"
