"We walked into a thick cloud of weed that filled the lobby and every hallway. Signs about sex trafficking were everywhere. The staff member typed away without response when I told her I was checking in and gave her my name. After a few minutes I asked if I needed to check in online or what to do. She said she was checking me in. Never smiled.
When we got to our room, there were 2 queen beds. We couldn’t find anyway to call the front desk and went down where we will told they don’t have rollaway...
