"The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!"

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, but don’t look like the pictures on the site. It was ok just to have a place to come and sleep for the price and that I could bring my small dog. There wasn’t a pool, which is listed as an amenity. If there was a free breakfast I wasn’t ever aware of it. The beds are comfortable. For the price I would stay here again."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was filthy dirty, the pool area was padlocked, the emergency shut off to the hot tub was also padlocked. The hot tub was not working at all, it was like sitting in a hot toilet. The "buffet breakfast" was disgusting."

"This location is very well maintained close to highways, and many restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable. Definitely recommend."

"The room was ok but its old. It needs a deep deep cleaning. There was dust on the small lamp shades that looked like its been there for a long time. This place definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. I checked in and upon seeing the room, I wanted to not stay there but I had to due to the fact that I had gone through a 3rd party and was non refundable. We made the best of it and was out of the room as much time as we could and only came back to sleep."

"We paid an outrageous price for two nights for the Cosmo suite and had awful dirty rooms, first room was 101 and had stains on the carpet and hair everywhere. Hair in the shower and on the floors and in bathroom sink. When we asked for another room, they sent us to room 369 which was in the same condition but had luxury vinyl on the floor. The World Cup was in town so the costs for a two night stay was $914. Extremely disappointed and wish we had just told them that we wanted our money back. The...
