I like to stay at this location because it’s so close to my family. Unfortunately, the front desk employee was not pleasant, the floors in the room were dirty, and I was unable to take a shower because there was no water pressure.

My favorite place to stay in Des Moines! Rooms are always soo clean, the service is top notch, the restaurant is delicious and so close to many restaurants and cocktail bars. It’s truly the best!

Extremely noisy unit- sirens, water pipes circulating noise, even the AC is so noisy. We lived on first floor, noise from Tenant upstairs - walking, slamming doors, the garage door below our unit opening and closing non stop 24/7.
