Nice hotel, good location and facilities

Check-in clerk was very helpful to allocate an upper floor room in the back as requested - quieter away from road. Everything was perfect. Will book again next time. Thank you!

Our stay at Sonesta Silicon Valley was outstanding. The hotel feels modern, fresh, and welcoming, with stylish interiors and a comfortable atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with a super comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness facilities, which were well maintained and a nice bonus. The...

Excellent What makes a good stay is good customer service, nice friendly staff. Staff going out of there way to do something for a customer. A lady leaving for her journey home did not hesitate to go and get us some towels for the pool. The toaster was broken one morning, a few moments later the kitchen lady put a plate of toast on our table. The coffee and hot water in the reception area was always hot and full. The hot food for breakfast was rotated everyday and it was all kept full and a...

Very nice location, with beautiful grounds. Pool is not heated but there is a hot jacuzzi baths to make up for this. Really nice rooms, clean and good bathroom. Includes all you may need. Breakfast was very nice, very filling although lacks selection, the breakfast is cooked there and then for you. Arrived quite late and there was no food available.. Includes free and very good wifi. Would have been nice if the staff in the morning were a little more attentive, rather than leave us waiting 15...

There were paid evgo chargers shared with an office building next door which we were able to use. Hotel should not advertise free parking until their own chargers have been fixed. We mentioned this to the management who then offered provided free parking since we ended up paying...

Nice location, very close to the San Jose airport. Close to transportation links and restaurants.
