"Zimmer und Bad waren zu klein, es gab keine Ablage für Koffer. Bei 2 Personen wird das noch enger. Leider stand in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht das der Saunabereich nur Fr.-So. geöffnet ist und er zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Es gab 3 unterschiedliche Kissen gerade zum fernsehen sehr bequem. Der Fußboden und der Flur knarrte. Und man konnte die Nachbarzimmmer hören."

"We checked in late in the evening, but the staff sent us the door code for the front door and the room and from that perspective check-in was very easy. The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was just a five minute tram ride from the train station and a five minute walk to the tram. "Surpassed my expectations. Stayed at the Maxx for a mini conference and was significantly impressed. My room was on the top 4th floor which provided a great view of the rooftops on Potsdam. Everyone and everything with the Maxx went well: clean room and hotel. Attentive staff. The best location in terms of Sanssouci Park, area restaurants, and easy accessible to the tram or buses. "
