"Parking is minimal. The lot is strangely shaped and small. Our room had a dip in the floor. The inside of the shower had brown stains in it. The toilet needed more than usual pressure to flush. The sink drained slowly. Carpet was dirty. I've stayed in Best Westerns in a few states and this was not a good one"

"The room was very clean and well-presented. A little smaller then I thought it would be but great nonetheless. The walls are thin so be mindful of that. The front desk and serving staff were very helpful. It was nice to be able to grab a full breakfast every morning. Location gets a 10/10 for me. Close to subway, restaurants and lots of shops. Very easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall not bad for what I paid for room was not too spacious but wasn’t there too much anyway while I explored the city, unfortunately could hear most of what Was happening in the hallways especially slamming doors. However, alll things considered for the area it is adequately priced."

"Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel."

"The staff on check-in wasn’t the best, social skills were at an all time low, but the guy at the evening was great, would’ve been good to know that if you’re out the room for longer than 4 hours you’ll need to get your room key replaced as it auto locks I for one didn’t know that, also I use the breakfast"

"My biggest issue with the hotel was at no fault of the staff. It is located in East New York Brooklyn, one of the top five crime areas of NYC. I had no issues, but made it a point to return to the room by sundown. It was very close to the subway, so that was very convenient and helped me feel a little safer. The only other issue that occurred was the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking on my last day. Luckily I was able to stay there using points, so it was worth the risky neighborhood and...

"The rate for the hotel was very high $369.+ taxes and fees for a two nights stay with no amenities. Additional charges a $10.00 fee for the TV remote in order to watch TV in the room. No telephone in the room, no room service no breakfast, no coffee, no tea, no lunch, no dinner, no amenities. Just One microwave in main lobby."

"The hotel rents their staple for events and the music was loud till 11pm- to the point that the floors in my room were vibrating (our room was right above the banquet space). The room was not cleaned even once during my 3 night stay. Feels that the quality is deteriorating with each stay."

"Choose this place as a budget stay but would probably stay at the nicer one down the street next time. Recommended if you don’t mind minor issues to save. Not a roach motel but water took long to heat up and my room had water damage. Staff was great and location was great."
