"Its a poor hotel it doesnt deserve 6.2 it deserves maybe 4"

"Our suite needed renovation - after looking at another room in the hotel the sliding door to segregate the washing and toilet facilities and the food facilities was missing and the rnnners for this door was left on the floor and on the door were exposed. The hand shower did not work. The microwave was badly stained. The electrical access for wifi was poor. There were broken tiles in the toilet. Cleaning good have been better . Unfortunately our room was directly opposite a night club and sometimes the loud noises continued until the early hours in the morning. Were we given a particular low price because of booking through your company and given low maintained accommodation?"

"Pretty clean; staff is helpful. Breakfast if good. great perk: 24/7 access to lobby area with hot tea/coffee and microwave. Parking is good, free, always has available space. "
