"We came to Casa Yati for 8 days from the Huatulco airport by taxi- approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. It is on an isolated stretch of the beach Playa Ventanilla in a local hamlet with a few houses, tourist shops and very rustic eateries. Casa Yati is a gorgeous 8 room property with a beautiful pool, very adequate restaurant ( on the expensive side), endless beach but surf too big to swim. The physical structures and fixtures are now beyond their best before date. A minor update of the buildings, etc. would instantly make it a five star experience."
