Staff where amazing only to be let down by the fact heating was stuck on and room was at 25 degrees ,we had to check out within hours as just to hot ,only other thing was bathroom was tiny i couldn't even stand facing shower head . Hotel is really hip and funky vibe really nice atmosphere and design

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of the main sites of Plymouth. Our room was also excellent as was the breakfast. Great place to stay in Plymouth.

Hotel was very welcoming and a lovely relaxed social area. Only issue we experienced was that the AC in thecroom was stuck on 27.5 degrees at it's hottest, and staff were unable solve the problem. Generally good service otherwise.

Fantastic new build hotel. Fantastic eye for detail very well laid out and straightforward. We had everything we needed for our stay. Staff at reception were great explaining everything we needed to know. Only things that could have improved our stay, not having building/ site yard outside our window. And working out the underbed lighting was timed motion sensing quicker would have saved 20mins checking all the switches in the room to figure out which one we had left on. But great hotel would love to stay again.

A fabulous hotel literally next door to the Plymouth Pavilion, so great for shows. Parking is via public car parks, which don't seem the safest but... That's life in a city I guess. The bar is open late for guests, with a welcome cocktail (at the time of our stay) and breakfast is nicely supplied and great value. Compared to similar hotels of the same price, I'd say it's easily the best I've had. I cannot fault our stay.

Motion sensor light On a bed? What next?!
Motion Sensor light bed is not ideal. I woke up at midnight didn’t get back to sleep till 4:30 because the light around the bed kept going on and off! I rang reception- all rooms have this motion sensor bed so they couldn’t move me. A few hours later I rang reception for room service as I would like to have a hot drink - room service is not provided. Also there is no car parking on site - you need to leave your car in a very unsafe looking car park. Wouldn’t recommend -no form of compensation was givens

Great hotel
Brand new hotel very nicely decorated, room ws clean , mattressvery comfortable.Staff very helpful and professionnal.Breakfasr is a buffet with plenty of choice . We picked this hotel as it is pet friendly to travel with our dog.

Great night’s sleep
Very easy, perfect location. Dog was with us and not restricted to the room. Mind the daily pet charge! Very clean and comfortable.

Good value for money
The hotel is in a convenient location for the Hoe and the town centre and has everything you would need for a short stay. The bar area is comfortable and has games available and provides a good breakfast. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed.

Great hotel but not very quiet.
The Hotel was great, the room clean, tidy and well designed. We found the room to be quite noisy with the hum of the Aircon system even though we turned it right down.

Modern Hotel very clean and welcoming
Simple rooms but very well decorated, clean and comfortable. Sound proofing seems good. Nice TV that you can connect your own streaming devices to. Great breakfast. No complaints at all. Thank you

The whole experience from booking to checking out was fantastic. Amazing, clean, modern, friendly and quiet hotel. Fabulous room and facilities. Great food. Reasonably priced drinks and service with a smile throughout!!! If I had to moan about anything it would be the bathroom lock did not work. Did not alter the fact that I slept like a log, shower pressure good and lighting good for doing hair etc. room incredibly quiet. Warm and good air con! Absolutely loved our stay and for a hard to please traveller who can’t sleep anywhere but home that speaks volumes!!

What a hotel just fantastic from reception to the bedroom. The whole place spotless. The bedroom I could not fault the cleaning. The reception staff were lovely on arrival and checkout. I will be staying again.
