"We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!"

"Hot as hell in the building, AC in room did not work. AC in hallway not even plugged in, did not have a compatible plug in for the outlet right next to it. Phone in room was apparently just a prop as it was not connected to anything. Reaked of weed. Ceiling tiles missing, tiny double beds."

"My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed."

"It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! "Nobody was ever around to help us and it was filthy like nobody ever cleaned around there. Blinds were broken tv didn't work,water got all over the floor from the br shower. But the one thing I loved most was I was able to bring my fur babies there."

"It’s nothing personal, the staff was nice. Our nine-year-old child clogged the toilet, so, it wasn’t anything crazy, I went to ask for a plunger, and they could not find one. The only option was to move us to another room, which I did not want to do. I actually got in my car and drove to Cub Foods and bought a plunger, which I left with the hotel. They refunded me for the plunger the next morning, which I appreciated. My biggest complaint, the carpet in our hotel room was literally sticky....
