"Bathroom could be cleaner "

"Good thing i called ahead. The property was closed and no one notified us. "

"I called before check in to see if I could have a connecting room since we were a party of 5 one night and 6 the other . I was told just to come and never listened to during the call. Check in was seamless. The room was clean. One room the smoke detector chirping and heat not working right. The front desk investigated immediately. "We had a great time here even though off season. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the second floor over looking the ocean which was so nice going to sleep & waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Close to everything that Plymouth offers in dining & cultural experiences. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite & helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated & the bed was awesome. "Spotlessly clean with high end bedding and other amenities. The room wasn’t large but the vaulted ceiling and exposed beams made it feel more open. Loved that there was water and coffee available when I arrived as well. Staff even accommodated an early check in. Conveniently, as well as safely located in Plymouth. I could walk to a little cafe and the water easily. So very glad I found this little spot and I would definitely stay again!"

"I was disappointed with no breakfast. I did not really look when I booked but the price was really high so I expected to have it and they did not. The heat rattled but I took a business card and wedged it to stop it. The room was pool side and the room smelled like chlorine which to be fair has been the case in other hotels. "
