"The service as far as asking questions, they didn't want to be bothered since we reserved under a third party. The bed in the room was as hard as a rock. The noise level was horrible. People above were loud and obnoxious. Was not real happy and didn't get much rest while traveling out the next morning. Was not a pleasant stay."

I specifically wanted to use the hot tub for healing and rejuvenation purposes, only to find out that it closes at 9 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive until 9, so I was unable to use it. Since the hot tub was the main reason I reserved the room in the first place, I feel I’m entitled to some type of refund or compensation due to not being able to access the amenity that influenced my booking...

"I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn! The property is amazing. It is very nice, really modern. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the parking lot was lit very well and feels safe. We will definitely stay here again! "
