"I thought the hotel was kind of over priced for the quality of the hotel. I did find an earwig in my bed, and some strands of hair in the shower. The windows where the AC unit was, was stained with brown stuff. It smelled like sweat when we first walked in. The staffs were very kind though, especially the ones working the breakfast area in the morning. The beds were ok. The pillows were basically balled up and small. "Was looking forward to using the hot tub, (why we picked this hotel) only to learn it's been out of order for 2 years. The property was in rough shape, junk everywhere. The room itself was fairly clean. Will not stay here again."

"The front desk agent who checked us in was pleasant, but the overall experience was disappointing. Managers hovered around, the floors were dirty, and there were mouse traps in the hallway. When we went to look at the pool, a staff member there was very rude to us. She said the pool has always been closed. For the price, we expected much better. "My only complaint is that the air conditioning isn’t that cold. Other than that breakfast was good. The hotel felt safe and clean. Beds were comfy. I’d definitely stay again."
