"Charming Property, Perfect Location, but Disappointing Wedding Experience
My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Heritage Grand Perast. The property is quaint, charming, and beautifully situated right on the water. We had an incredible view of the bay from our room, and the location was perfect for exploring Perast and enjoying the surrounding area. The pool was fantastic, the staff was excellent, and the golf cart transportation around the property was a really nice touch. There are also amazing restaurants right on the water within walking distance of the hotel, making it easy to enjoy everything Perast has to offer. We also felt the price was very fair for the overall experience.
There were a couple of issues with the pool experience. The lifeguard did not seem to monitor access to the pool area, allowing non-guests to enter. Additionally, one of the lifeguards was not particularly attentive and did not help set up the pool beds or provide assistance, which we would have expected from a hotel of this caliber.
Our only real disappointment was a wedding hosted at the property during our stay. The wedding essentially took over the hotel, with loud music and festivities continuing late into the night and significantly impacting the experience of other guests. What made this particularly frustrating was the lack of communication from the hotel beforehand. We were never informed that a wedding was taking place or that it would affect our stay.
