"We booked a double room
We receive a double room but in the roof level which means the ceiling was very low and although I’m only 170 cm we knocked up our head many times and had to remember to walk and bend - it was terrible.
I asked another room but they were full and we had to suffer our entire stay.
There was no cleaning and change of towels for the entire stay.
The breakfast was good with plenty of choices.
The gym which was very important to us to work out daily was ok but some of the...

"Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though.
The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough.
Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with...

"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. "Excelente apartamento, muito confortável, apena so check-out que causou desconforto, pois o rapaz da limpeza chegou no horário correto, porém solicitei mais 15 minutos, pois me atrasei e ele ficou chateado. Enfim isso não macula a hospedagem. Inclusive deixei um trenó para criança, espero que o próximo hospede possa aproveitar. "
