"The location was excellent. 10-15 mins walk from several major attractions. The bathroom could use some updates. The extended luggage storage hours is very useful, but you'll have to carry the luggage up one floor on the bldg B."

"Bed linens clean. Luke warm shower, Not hot enough for comfort. Well stocked kitchen although grill for toasting bread was not clean. Would have enjoyed outside seating. Just table and couple chairs in garden would have been great for morning coffee or evening drink. "

"OK, but some issues! First of all, the hotel is in a pretty good location, Florence’s city centre is all quite close with one another, which made it easy to walk through. Initial greeting with attendants was poor, we weren’t sure which doorbell it was and we pressed a few times and she came in yelling at us, even though we were standing for 10-15 minutes in the peak heat. Most of the staff we were seeing all seemed pretty annoyed all the time. The AC doesn’t work, you’re left with two fans....
