"The location is everything - right by the Duomo! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - not too fancy - but you have everything you need. The bed and the bedding were quite good. They have a nice breakfast buffet with many selections. I will go back again. "

The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. "Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."
