"Uns hat es gefallen. Für den Hind war sogar ein Napf schon im Zimmer vorbereitet nebst einem kleinen Körbchen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und man konnte direkt beim hotel mit dem Hund Gassi gehen.das Frühstück war im Marche' nebenan und richtig gut. Tolle Auswahl. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, können das Hotel aber vor allem für Hundebesitzer empfehlen."

From the moment we stepped into reception, we were treated like VIPs, the staff are without exception, incredible. Warm, friendly, professional- every part of the experience feels five star. "The room was clean and nice enough, but the view of the lake was obstructed by an adjacent building. The gardens were not very impressive and the pool and hot tub were not good. The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded. "

The whole atmosphere of the house and the surrounding area but also the rooms, breakfast, music during breakfast and the discreet but perfect service (not to intrusive) makes you feel like being in a grand hotel of the last century. "Beautiful hotel. Classic design. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Our shower leaked and they moved us rooms without question. The included breakfast was quite good. The restaurant was spendy, but food was good and amazing view. They do offer a shuttle into Lugano, but it only runs every two hours. The staff were all very mind. Would rate overall experience 4/5 "
