"Undesirable neighborhood, very frightening to be even outside at night or in that area. No amenities at all, very very dirty area. Check-in staff was not knowledgeable, helpful or friendly in anyway. For the price I paid I expected a lot more.. will never stay there again nor would I recommend this place at least not at the price they charge. And even if it was a lower rate, I would still not stay there again."

"Pros: Excellent service throughout the stay. The text messaging feature was especially helpful — responses to my questions were always prompt and convenient. The hotel is small and quaint, which gave it a more personalized feel. The property was also very clean and offered a snack bar and drinks at reasonable prices. I appreciated the robes and slippers, which added an elevated touch. The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Greek Theatre, and valet service being available until 11:30 PM on a Wednesday was very convenient. Cons: The hotel is cashless and there is no ATM on-site, which made tipping a little inconvenient. Thankfully, there is a Chase Bank next door. The bathroom window in my room opened to an alleyway, which did not feel the safest, although I just kept it locked during my stay. I also noticed a few standard hotel amenities were missing, including an iron/ironing board, a latch lock on the door, and a folding luggage stand. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for anyone looking for a clean, charming place to stay near the Greek Theatre. The excellent service, convenient location, and thoughtful touches made for an enjoyable stay."

"Overall, the hotel looks great. The room we got, however, wasn't that great. It is possible there are other rooms that are in better shape. The room wasn't very clean. The paint was scraped off in certain places. The shower drain cover was not installed all the way. The lights near the beds did not work, and the wall-mounted adjustable lights were so loose that we did not want to move them. The pool was very nice and private. The center courtyard was beautiful. Parking is expensive. There needs to be better details of the room when you book because the pictures of the room weren't the same when we booked it. It seems like they have a bunch of different room styles, and we didn't realize that when we looked at the pictures of the specific room we were getting."
