Even though there is no communication with a human host, the AI text messaging was quick and quite helpful. "3pax for 5days stay. Room we 1st got was not cleaned so they had to transfer us to a different room that’s smaller and no seating area. It had 2chairs and we asked for an extra chair but hotel said they didn’t have any extra chair to provide. Shower area was cramped. Also used the hotel’s laundry room but laundry detergent dispenser wasn’t working and we used the dryer for 2cycles(50min each cycle) but clothes came out still wet. "We came to Hollywood for a play at the Pantages and chose this location for proximity and price. I'm glad we did. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make our stay a good one. The room was clean, and comfortable and provided every we needed. I appreciate that they didn't gouge us for parking like most other places do. Next time we are in the area for an event, we will definitely come back to stay here."

"The location was convenient for eating, shopping, walk of fame & more. The staff were mostly helpful & having the night security was awesome. The room was clean except the restroom. The restroom was moldy and full of pee on the sides of the toilet when we arrived. We did not use the pool, sadly."
