The AC broke down after check-in. And then there is no staff after 9pm. It was a bit hot, but that was okay.. I told this problem to reception when checking out. Overall, that's fine. Thank you.

it was nice. great value for money. i was a little disappointed that i didnt see any alpacas. the encloure seems to be a carpark now. i didnt search very far, so they may living happily just round the corner. but probably not.

Great location in the heart of Orewa. One bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Housekeeping were excellent. Lovely pool and hot tub area. Only downside were the lifts could be slow at times as there are only 2 to service the Hotel, Residential and no service lift.
