"It’s a spotlessly clean modern hotel, but it’s not 4 star and it’s not exactly a bargain. Reception staff are distinctly Soviet - leaving you standing while they deal with other things, speaking poor English and not having the faintest concept of smiling, friendly service. The curtains are too small, so you wake up 4.30am with the sun coming in. The location is far from central (1.5km walk) and breakfast was dire. Dried out pastries, dry bread, and an absolutely meagre selection of anything else. I wouldn’t stay again."

"The first thing to notice in my room was the handwritten postcard welcoming to the hotel, it was a beautiful surprise! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have buffet breakfast that varied each day. The hotel is located centrally to the old town, so it's very easy to walk to museums, theaters, parks, and the main attractions. Only thing I would add in the rooms is a full body mirror."

"So one of the best breakfast I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. They had wide and varied selection of just about anything you could want. Their laundry service was reasonable, and the location was within walking distance of major sites. The only down side was that the hotel didn’t have a lift, and carting your luggage up to the 4th floor can be rough."
