"We love staying at this hotel, but this time TV did not work and no one fixed it or changed during our stay of 4 days. The maintenance guy came fairly quickly. Said he'd have to exchange the tv and we never heard back. There was also no rooms to change it to. Otherwise, the service was great."

"Front desk personnel was not helpful. They cared less about our situation. We asked them about a cab to the cruise port and they said use Lyft or Uber. We don’t use either as we aren’t members of either. My wife walks with a cane and he put us in the farthest part of the hotel. She could barely walk after a day on an airplane. Once in the room, the bed was 33” high, so she couldn’t make it up the bed and I could barely. She slept on the sofa. We will be writing to Holiday Inn Corporate about the mediocre service."

"I loved that the tv rotated. I loved my corner room. I loved that it was close to shopping and copper hawk winery. Also, the regal movie theater. I loved the shuttle provided. Great location! Breakfast wasn’t great but it was free. I had orange juice, sausage and hash browns. But they had your typical things just wasn’t great quality."

"All good except sofa bed wasn’t usable. Mattress was sunken and had a bar in your back."
