"Inchecken was makkelijker dan verwacht. De kamer was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt was vers en gevarieerd, wel miste ik een ommeletje. De omgeving is erg stil in de avond (wat geldt voor heel Mauritius) maar het hotel is op makkelijke loopafstand op een van de mooiste stranden die ik ooit heb gezien. Dus een prima uitvalsbasis voor de perfecte strandvakantie. "

"I have mixed feelings about our stay at 20 Degrés Sud. Firstly, I must say that it is a beautiful hotel with some lovely views over the bay. It is, however, overpriced in my opinion, compared with other places we stayed at in Mauritius. "The staff is excellent and exceptionally helpful. Special thanks to receptionist Dini, buggy driver Sanjeev, trip coordinator Melanie, and the wait staff who remembered everything about us. Met some delightful people. The grounds are lush and beautiful. Temperatures of air and ocean are ideal (Oct.). Caution for those who have difficulty with stairs or long walks. There are workarounds, but they require golf carts (“buggies”) to be called."
