"Expérience incroyable, nous avons étés reçus comme des rois. C’était l’anniversaire de ma compagne et ils ont eu des petites attentions personnalisées tout au long du séjour, à l’accueil, dans la chambre, au spa, au restaurant.

"Excellent room and staff very pleasant. Arrived early and asked if the room was ready? Was told I could access it early if I paid an extra €50. I declined. If it is not ready I understand. But if it is ready why should I pay and extra €50 to put my bags by in it and use the loo two hours early. Seems absolute extortion and spoilt an otherwise excellent stay."
