"This was an amazing hotel. The room was just the right size, the staff was amazing! In fact, they went above and beyond for me when I was not feeling well. Truly a class act organization. The location is great. Easy walking and safe. Touristy stuff nearby but easy to get to the other parts of town by walking or by Subte, which is close. I really cannot say enough about the caring and thoughtful staff. They really treated me well and with concern. 100 stars!!"

"The place was beautiful, clean and conveniently located. Our check in process was great. The only issue was that the safe was too small and did not work. It malfunctioned before we were even able to use it. Otherwise everything was great. The views were amazing. The elevators were fast, and we had two bathrooms and a full kitchen. There was a minimart right across the street and Uber pickup was very convenient. Only a 5 minute walk from Ave 9 de Julio. We would stay here again."

"We had a very bad experience with NH group, so much so that we would never use them again. When we arrived at NH Buenos Aires Tango Hotel (4* 8.8 rating) we were informed that a storm on the previous night had deluged the room and thus they were going to transport at no cost to NH City Hotel (5* 8.2 rating) According to its rating NH City is a 5 star hotel, it has to be the worst 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in.
