"Other than the heat in our room being set WAY too high and not being able to change the settings, everything was great. The pool and hot tub area were clean and beautiful. It was empty when we were there so we had the area to ourselves!"

"The room was spotless, the staff was very nice and accommodating. There is underground parking with ski lockers and an Elevator. The hotel has a large, well maintained hot pool available to guests. The Keg restaurant was in the hotel had amazing food and great staff! Overall our visit was very pleasant. "

"We needed to check out one day early because of bad weather the following day when we were going to be travelling. They cancelled our second night with no charge, no questions asked. Very surprised and impressed that they did that for us. Will stay here whenever we are in Banff."

"The Fox Hotel is a fun hotel to visit. The staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and well appointed. The Hot Pools are amazing. It is a very close replication of the original Banff Cave and Basin Hot Springs. We had fun, comfort and great food. "
