"This was my favourite stay in Croatia by far. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious!"

"Ein tolles kleines Hotel ein wenig außerhalb der Altstadt, was wir persönlich sehr gut fanden. Das Hotel hatte tolle und geräumige Zimmer und einen kleinen Pool was bei der Hitze sehr angenehm war 😀 Frühstück war auch prima und es gibt nichts zu meckern 😀"

"I liked chatting with the hotel, his history in Germany vs Croatia. The breakfast is excellent with many choices of healthy food. Nice swimming pool. I’d stay there again."

"Our room was beside a busy main road. The noise was loud and constant. This made sleep very difficult. The curtains did not close to the wall, hence a light came into the room. The hotel is convenient to the old town, restaurants and supermarket. The attached parking is convenient."

"Very clean and well maintained rooms in a great location, can walk to many restaurants and see the sunset. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. He came to greet us because we couldn't find the apartment, we park the car in front of the apartment, make sure to rent a small car to drive through the narrow streets. This is our first time visiting Zadar, so the location is perfect to walk to the harbor, restaurants and local markets."

"Positives - Nice cleaner/maintenance manager....Great area....Nice old stylle of decor ---- Negatives ....Room safe didnt work and promised repair never happened !......toilet seat had balancing leg missing of lid.....bed headboards were scraped/torn....no kettle in room.....Saggy mattresses like a sponge.......Noisy fridge.......puddle of water under air conditioning more than once ......wardrobe doors didnt close/lock properly ----on the whole so much potential but maintenance is very poor...
