"I like the location, central Lakeland. Close to restaurants and downtown Lakeland. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Mildew present around the shower, toilet and sink. The water pressure from the sink faucet was very poor. Bathroom floor needed mopping. The rooms needs more attention to cleanliness just like the common area of the hotel. I was very disappointed because it is Marriott."

"Los nuevos maneger bueno uno de ellos despues que uno paga por expidia el dice que los precios reales son los de el motel no los de expidia y me hizo pagar una diferencia y tras de eso no quieren dar servicio de limpieza aunque kleves 3 semanas quedanfote en el hotel y yo limpio mi cuarto lo unico que pedi me cambiaran las sabanas y adicional a eso se tao la bañera y al otro dia se tapo el baño"

"Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right...

"The coffee that’s in the room is not good and is in all in 1 coffee and filters. I would bring your own coffee filters if you are bringing your own coffee. The room is a good size, just wish there was a dining table with 2-3 chairs instead of a tall desk. For a family of 4, it needs work. My husband and I sat on the couch to eat and our oldest sat in the rolling desk chair, there were no other chairs. The couch can fit 2 adults and 1 child, it is very small. "The staff was nice and professional. The room and bathroom was clean. The ice machine did not work but you could get ice at the desk. The area is safe and plenty of parking."

"I would have no problem staying there again. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfy. The charging places were convenient to the bed. I liked that the sink area was separate from the shower and toilet. That way a person can be in the shower while the other person is getting ready. Also they have a full sized hairdryer. Breakfast was tasty too! They some refrigerated snacks and microwaveable foods available for purchase in case you need a meal or ice cream. 😉"

"At check in we had an issue with the room and front desk helped me with the situation. I was moved inmediately to another. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"I did not like the fact that they stole 80.00 out of my wallet! I did not get my 100.00 deposit back. So I would say they pretty shady! Will not be using them again!! Pretty bad when you leave your wallet in the room andcan employee steals it!!"
