"Staff were very accommodating as we had flight issues and delays and had to delay our check in. Amenities are as described and kept up well, building felt quite secure and is centrally located to many wonderful parts of downtown Montréal. Had no trouble with housekeeping services and washroom was exceptionally clean for a hotel, water pressure is a little low but that is to be expected. Staff were nice in every interaction we had.
