"Our room needed a deep cleaning the walls were scuffed and the chair was sticky. Our veiw if the construction across the street that could be heard from 6am to 6pm daily was also not ideal. I will say that for a tower style hotel, the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. While the front desk staff was friendly, it needs to be larger and fully staffed. There was always a line to speak with someone. The hotel "taxi" is just a taxi commissioned for a 45.00 ride. Check ride share first, it cost us 23.00 to get back to the airport. The location was great, across the street from the beach, the fitness room was clean and fully equipped. "

"Friendly staff. Super close to the airport and the free shuttle was excellent. Rooms were clean. For an airport hotel this is a nice place to stay."

"I loved they had yoga classes at the beach every day. The yoga instructor was amazing & the hotel is 1 block from the beach. Shopping and Restaurants were all walking distance. Not too many amenities, but we were always in the beach area, so it was fine. The rooms are a little older, but super clean. Staff is very helpful and very friendly. I recommend this hotel. The price was right. 👍"

"Room was clean with a decent view of Waikiki cityscape. You get 2 free water bottles but the water tasted musty. So, I just bought waters from the ABC stores instead. Microwaves are located all the way at the end of the hall on different floors so it takes a bit of walking and waiting for elevators. Bathroom was decently clean. The shower head was fairly weak however. And the knobs are not accurate for hot or cold. Water would be cold until I was blasted with extremely hot water trying to find the right spot on the knob. The walls and door are also a little thin. I could hear people going in and out rooms and flushing toilets above me. I was also able to hear mute conversations around me - depending on how loud my neighbors are. Other than that, the staff is friendly and so helpful. The hotel itself is a great location for Japanese food, and good walking distance to Waikiki Beach. The area is also safe to walk around during the day and night. Just be careful of moving cars."
