"Absolutely perfect hotel, extremely clean, we stayed 7 nights, every morning cleaning and changing all towels and beds. Spotless hotel. 5 minutes to walk to the shopping mall. The price was very decent! Will stay again and again!"

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and every detail made our stay feel special. The location was gorgeous, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip. Everything was so comfortable and well taken care of, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed every part of our experience and would 100% stay here again. "Take the option to upgrade to the Napau level if offered. Free breakfast, afternoon drinks & small bites for dinner. Saves hundreds of dollars a day. Everyone welcomes you as a guest! House keeping, pool staff, grounds keepers & everyone else. The only thing we didn’t like were the birds in the lounge and the fact that my wife always felt like we wee almost out of toilet paper. An extra roll of TP in the room would calm this anxiety. Not sure why they don’t provide an extra roll. The grounds are perfect, the pools clean, the beach & the ocean are perfect. We can’t say enough positive things. Even after 10 days, we didn’t want to leave."
