"I like the view, the rooms and the room service, I wished we could’ve been accommodated on the same floor as we wanted it to be and that the check in would have been ready with the room when we’ve arrived. Instead we had to wait passed an hour of the check in time and we still didn’t get the two rooms on the same floor; but aside of that and not receiving a welcoming lai as other guests I saw they did. Everything else was good."
"In love with the room, not a bad one. Stayed 3 separate times over the course of July 2026. The rooms have mini split AC units which will freeze you out in a good way (if you want it to). You can see the ocean/beach from the balcony of the east facing rooms, west facing is clear beach ocean views. Didn't frequent the bar, no pool needed as it sits literally on Kaimana Beach. Be careful of the undertow at that beach. I'll stay again next visit to Oahu."
