Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows
10/10 Excellent
"Friendly staff"
Grand Wailea Maui, A Waldorf Astoria Resort
8/10 Good
"The overall experience was very good. On arrival we were very disappointed to see that the “lei greeter” was no longer a thing at this property. The greeting and the lei were great ways to get us into the aloha frame of mind. They should consider bringing that back. Also, the registration used to offer refreshing cool water during check in. During the hurricane lala storm our sliding glass door would not seal. We had a very loud screeching all night. We finally had to open the door. The screeching stopped but then the storm noise was also loud. Sleeping was very difficult. Our next door neighbors did not have that noise problem. The gardens are very well maintained. The pools are very nice. It seems the water elevator has been broken for awhile. Elevator access to rooms in two towers were serviced by only one elevator. The other has been broken for weeks. We had long waits going up and down between the rooms, lobby, and pool area."
Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice hotel with great staff and very clean. With good options for dining and lots of shops right there. It is next to the beach and have a lot of swimming pools to choose from. The only amenity we missed was laundry coin machines."
The Twin Fin Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was great the food was excellent the only concern is the elevators. They didn't work most of the time and we had to take the stairs from the 12th floor this was the only negative thing about this hotel."

"Great comfortable hotel option on Waikiki"
Holiday Inn Express Waikiki by IHG
8/10 Good
"Place is nice and clean, housekeeping did our beds every morning and cleaned our room daily making sure we had clean towels, tissue and coffee all the time. Only reason I didn’t give the 5 stars is because of the parking. We paid the $49 additional daily for parking but that that didn’t warranty we would have a spot to park. On my 3rd day I couldn’t go in to the parking garage because it was full, I was given an address were I could go and pay $80 to park and walk back to the hotel. It was just frustrating because I have my kids walking at night with me from the parking garage that was a few blocks away. So if you have a rental just keep in mind even if you pay for parking it’s a first come first serve basis. By the way at I did get a refund for the days I couldn’t find parking in the hotels garage but I also ended up paying more at the other parking garage."
