"It has everything you need and more. Clean spacious rooms, lobby, restaurant and poolside areas. Indoor pool, gym, steam room and sauna are a bonus. Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar."

"Overall clean place . Kitchen staff is kind and helpful . Good quality food. View from the balcony was advertised as backyard view , but all I can see was the amusement park ride . False advertised as property with free valet parking but I ended up paying for parking. As soon as I complained “ Free valet parking “ option was removed from property details page but they didn’t refund me although I booked this hotel because of this option.
