"My 10 year old grandson and I stayed in this hostel for two nights and while I had no idea what to expect, never having stayed in a hostel before, I was very happy with the hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room though a little musty when we first entered (we had the entire dorm having booked a "private room") with thick pillows! "The hotel is very luxurious. The staff extremely friendly and accomodating. The breakfast room and buffet offerings outstanding. The rooftop Martini Bar is incredible. The gardens are spectacular. Laura, at the desk was warm, friendly and a great help to us generally and especially attentive when arranging transportation for us. All of the breakfast room attendents were very friendly and helpful, smiling and cordial. The location is grest and view from our balcony just amazing. A wonderfiul stay at this beautiful hotel!"
