"Room is worn especially the bathroom needs some TLC rm 144. The beds are to soft for my liking. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time every thing was fresh and delicious especially the red chile. The breakfast staff were great."

"I didn’t feel safe with the active construction going on in the room just a few doors down from me. I could smell chemicals in the hallway and there was a carpet folded over in the hallway creating a tripping/falling hazard and without any warning or signs nearby."

"Toilet was stuffed up and not working. No one available to fix it. Requested room change. The furniture requires maintenance and cleaning. Air conditioning was not working well and was blowing some warm air. The room sheets were dirty full of hair and needed to be cleaned. The hot tub was not working properly and pool water not clean. The property is not well maintained or properly managed. Do not recommend staying at this hotel. "

"The condo was clean and had a great view . Kitchen pretty much had everything you would need . And coffee for a whole pot ! Lots of bathroom towels and toiletries if needed . Would stay again . Ruidoso was a nice town "
