"Each staff member knew 3 to 5 language so we were able to communicate easily. As an English speaker this made my stay much better- I was last in the Czech Republic 40 years ago no one, outside of Prague, talked English so being able to communicate was wonderful. "I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt....

"People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember. I'm a thin person, same with my daughter and we had an elderly friend with us. It was unbearable for everyone. In my apartment in Budapest I have two ACs. All you need to do is...

"Safe quiet location in walking distance to old city center, rooms are clean, bed and shower - good. They don’t have a bar or smth in the lobby - but plenty of options to grab coffee in 3-5 mins of walk."
