"Room could have been cleaned better as toilet had :residue stain' carpets not hoovered fully, and the compliment cookies one had been bitten. -Breakfast; would benefit if we could access coffee straight away instead of waiting ages once seated... breakfast requests are not done and a long wait for it as though it had."
