"Nous avons été très bien reçus, c'est notre deuxième séjour à la maison des Augustins. Le cadre est idyllique, l'accueil chaleureux, les hôtes sont adorables. Le petit jardin intérieur est calme et ensoleillé, les chambres ont ce charme à l'ancienne tout en étant parfaitement équipées. Nous recommandons aux amateurs de beaux endroits d'y séjourner."

"The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you...

TV was awful, BBC news was the only english station. front desk did not speak or understand any english. could not drive to hotel, it was surrounded by ped areas and that was not clear. i called to see how to get in and thats when i realized the no english situation. all i understood was 'parking palais du papes' ugh. i will alwlays choose on...
