"Great staff who were amazing with my 1 year old. Beautiful grounds and the patio area outside the room was lovely and gave us some free time whilst baby slept. The bar food and breakfast was excellent and the restarting on the 2nd evening was equally has good. Thank you!!"

"The property is beautiful, but not even close to half the size of what it looks in pictures and very different. There’s actually nothing much to do except wine tour considering it’s very far from Florence and the cabs are very expensive to go and back. We had to wait more than an hour to get a drink and chips in restaurant as there was nobody there between lunch and dinner hour. So if you get late for lunch, there’s nothing to eat until dinner hours except coffee. It would have been nice for...

"Really cute old hotel about 20 minute walk from city center and the main sights. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Our room was so beautiful and vintage and classic Italian! However the cleanliness could have been better. There were some ants in the bathroom and lots of dust on the fixtures. A bit of mold/hard water build up in a few places in the bathroom too. Not terrible, and it’s a good place to stay for a short visit"

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night. Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence. We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok. Overall a nice property."

"Room was clean, a bit small but there was everything that I needed. Breakfast was a buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, fruits and veggies, so very good for the price. The staff was kind and even spoke to me in french (my language). It was perfect!"
