"This property is in a quiet area away from the busy Assisi streets, but with stunning views of the UNESCO World Heritage site from below. Our host, Andrea, was very welcoming and friendly and provided helpful advice regarding parking and restaurants in the town. The room was clean and well-appointed while the property itself is spacious with lovely gardens and pool area. "

Claudia la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. La struttura è immersa nel verde, la colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschissimi le stanze molto spaziose. "Excellent Hosts. They did not speak much English which we actually enjoyed as my wife got to try out her Italian. It is a little slice of heaven tucked into the Hillside of Umbria. Lots of extras and the pool was magnificent! If there was ever any stress…Relax Cottage! "

"What a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The BnB is very clean and comfortable, everything we expected and more. I wished we had plan a day or two longer in Assisi, we would have been at home here. "Our stay at Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza was perfect for our 4 day visit to Assisi. The hotel is an easy 10-15 walk to town but there is also a bus stop at the hotel with a bus leaving every 30 minutes. The accommodations were clean and modern. We especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after a busy day exploring Assisi. Would highly recommend Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza to anyone visiting Assisi."
