"The staff were really friendly when we arrived and the rooms were large, and beds comfortable enough. However, the sink was leaking in the room, which had a towel placed under it, so I sense the staff were aware of the leak. Despite us staying in October time, it was quite noisy within the hotel and it woke us multiple times in the night. "Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room.
