"Absolutely stunning Hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful however the morning pool bar staff were not as polite and helpful. Breakfast was quite a big selection and fresh made crepe and pancakes/ waffles gave it a lovely touch. The free shuttle was such a great help to be able to get everywhere. No worries about the airport transfer either as the hotel sorts that. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend the hotel."

"They charge u extra if you want to use the pool, you have to pay for a swim cap for each person that wants to use the pool. Same for room service, you have to pay an extra 6 euro per person on top of what you ordered for service. It feels like they would charge for the air if they can"

"We stayed at this hotel in Cava de'Tirreni, using it as a base to visit the ruins at Pompei. We took a taxi here from the Salerno Train Station and either walked in the historic centre or took a train to go to Pompei. As for the hotel, this is a well-maintained, older style building and is first class. "Great property and location in Ravello. Allowed my family of 3 to relax in a suite. Very helpful staff (thanks Anthony and Jennifer!) and amazing staff. We enjoyed our 4 days at the property. Lots of walking and hiking but that was the unique thing about Ravello! Memorable stay"

"We enjoyed our stay there and the property is gorgeous but the building could do a bit of an upgrade. THe rooms need an update but the hotel is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. One thing I noticed is that if the eggs run out for breakfast they do not refill them. So go early as the only hot part of the breakfast is the scrambled eggs and they disappear quickly."
