Our stay was during some of the coldest weather Newport has seen in years and the room was still nice and warm. The property has a ton of historic charm and still provides a very comfortable stay. "When we arrived they have ample free parking, the house in the outside it’s beautiful and looks so historic. The staff were nice and very welcoming. It has a patio, living area, a work area with computer, the room was very clean and it was a very peaceful and quiet stay… they have coffee, hot chocolate and tea available for self serve 24 hours a day. Free continental breakfast. I will definitely stay there again. I rate this place 5/5 "
