"A excellent location close to the castle and seafront although parking can be a problem. My room was OK could have had a bit more storage space and a chair would have been useful also had a problem closing the window. Nice cooked breakfast which includes fruit juice and cereal"

"Secure parking at rear of property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. The extractor in the bathroom was either not working or not efficient enough to clear the steam from the room. Also if you want me to use the excellent towels for a second day, a heated towel rail needed , or any towel rail to hang the bath towel after first use. "

"There was limited evening meal choice when we stayed but it was still delicious, as was breakfast. The bedroom was a little too warm for our liking so we kept the window open, (frames need the mould removing though). All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Stairs to bedrooms/dining room/bar are a little steep so may not suit those with mobility issues. "
