"I stayed there because of the swimming pool, unfortunately the sauna was out of action but I had a nice swim! The hotel is good but for a single traveller it was expensive."

"The Copthorne is excellent value for money… it has big rooms with king size beds, free parking and a wonderful breakfast buffet that includes all the usual hot breakfast foods as well as fruit, breads and cereals. The restaurant is large and looks out over a small lake, so has quite a peaceful atmosphere despite being in a busy part of the suburbs. It is outside of Cardiff, but has a good bus service to the city centre if you want to leave the car there. The rooms are clean, but could do with a little maintenance… the cupboard hinges were slightly off and a few minor issues are starting to appear in the bathrooms. But overall, an excellent place to stay!"
