"Room was clean but an issue with extractor fan in bathroom. Staff very approachable and polite. Spa staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic especially the breakfast."

"Unable to contact hotel by phone tried for over 2hrs information. Had to return to the hotel to get information."

"A great place to stay in the heart of Cardiff. This is top notch luxury and what great beds and a fantastic sleep, I didn't want to leave. The food is good, but as with all buffet breakfasts don't go at the end as the food will be mostly cold. Bain maries do a fair job but it's not like getting the meal cooked to order. "Excellent hotel with professional staff. Clean, spacious and well designed. Breakfast waiters are hard working and friendly. However the breakfast buffet is not up to standard. No decent bread after 8:45am, hot buffet dry and crisp. Not good. Still my favourite Cardiff hotel."

"Copthorne is now our home in Cardiff every time we are in the City. The staff are always amazing specially Ryan."

"The free parking was exceptionally large."

"The room was asceticly pleasing but it was dirty and the tv didn’t connect to the WiFi"

"Always a wonderful place to stay in South Wales."
