"Gym was closed. Also the pool and the restaurant was being renovated. We booked your hotel for convenience, safety, pool, restaurant and gym. Also, it was very noisy from the renovations being done late into the evening. We were not notified that the amenities were not available until we checked in. We drove all day and we were looking to forward to enjoying the pool and having a few drinks and dinner. We should have been notified when we booked about renovations. "

"The Bardo Savannah was exceptional. We have stayed in at least seven other properties and this one by far outstanding. The staff are friendly, efficient and it is obvious they are held to a high standard to work there. Our room was spacious, clean and tended to twice daily. The grounds are lovely, so many wonderful amenities and a gorgeous pool and outside covered garden area. We loved this hotel and will never stay anywhere else when visiting Savannah. Oh and the food is varied and delicious plus ammenities abound in your room. They think of everything."

"We have stayed at the Hyatt in Savannah many times and have always enjoyed our time there. We were there for St. Patrick's Day. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the morning of the parade with no wait. Service was quick and our waitress was friendly. Our room was very neat and clean. The hotel is beautiful. You can sit in the lobby and watch ships coming into the Port of Savannah or heading out to sea. We felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Everything was great! Room seemed a little dark and not cleaned as well as I would have(I’m somewhat of a neat freak) but overall had a wonderful stay!"

"For such a high-end property, there were a few things we weren't happy about. No real restaurant. No kleenex in the bathroom. No room service. We didn't get a coupon that others got for breakfast. "

"We had a reservation and checked out of the hotel within 10 minutes of checking in. We could not stay. The room was uncomfortably dirty with dead bugs in the bathroom and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke-free room. The front desk receptionist offered to spray our room with air freshener but nothing else and it was not going to make us feel much better. We lost out on our full payment for the night but we found a much better place and rate one exit north of this one. "
