"For an older, two story property without elevators, the Hotel is above-average. AC in my room was excellent and reliable, bed and pillows were so comfy and of excellent quality. Breakfast was hot, fresh and varied daily, and my coffee addiction was well served!! Staff is friendly, accommodating and pleasant and the TV selection was better than most. Overall, a top-notch choice."

"This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. After the second phone call, they sent an employee to knock on my door. When I opened the door, the employee could not speak English and shoved a toilet plunger at me.
